Church Service Sign-Up Process

Dear Saint George Church Family,

Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory forever!

The Church reopened it’s doors for all those who wish to register in the process outlined in the Manual on the Church website. The Manual reflects all CDC, State of Illinois, and Antiochian Archdiocese guidelines, and MUST be followed by all those who desire to be in attendance. Please read the Manual and forms carefully before agreeing to sign. The Task Force has appointed specific people TRAINED to be at the door, who will assist when necessary.

Indeed, this may seem overwhelming at first but I pray we can keep a meaningful approach to coming to the Church remembering at all times the real purpose – to worship God, our healer and our Master.

I offer my thanks to the Parish Council and the Task Force for their diligence and to all of you, the parishioners, for your patience and cooperation.

May God bless you all!

In Christ,
Father Fouad Saba

Frequently Asked Questions

In accordance with state guidelines, a face covering is required when you’re within 6 feet of people outside your own party. Please be considerate and wear your face covering indoors and when speaking with staff members. If you are sick, or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home. The health and safety of our staff and parishioners is our priority. If parishioners do not follow social distancing and other guidelines, we may be forced to close the Church again. We reserve the right to request that anyone who do not follow the guidelines leave the premises. An inherent risk of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19) exists in any public space where people are present. Persons visiting the Church do so at their own risk. We will continue to monitor guidance from state officials and gauge Church operations, and, if necessary, we will make adjustments. With your help, we can keep the Church safe for all.
When you arrive, please check-in at the door and follow instructions of the personnel at the door.
For the health and safety of our members, clergy and staff, we are only allowing a certain number of persons, on-site at any given time. Therefore, we need everyone, including members, to sign-up for entry. We need to monitor the number of persons on-site to avoid overcrowding and jeopardizing the ability of people to safely social distance.
Unfortunately, no walk-ins on Sunday. You must Sign-up to attend all services.
If you need to cancel after signing-up, then please, send an email to so we can give your spot to someone else. Your spot is for you personally and can not be transferred to anyone else. It must be canceled.
